Shouldn’t Mess Up with My Hidden Heiress Ex-wife Chapter 122 by HusnaS

122. Keep Lucas Harrison By Her Side

At The Harrisons Villa. Lucas spent several minutes inside his car after stopping it in the parking lot, his mind filled with guilt, regret, and heartache.

After another day of relentless search for Heidi, his efforts were futile. Heidi never unblocked him again, so finding her through phone and social media was useless.

Where was she? How was he going to find her? Did he scare Heidi off by kidnapping her to his Villa? Maybe he should have been gentle with her.

Lucas finally left the car, his mood worsening.

When he entered the house and heard commotions coming from the living room, his brows wrinkled into a frown, and the frown turned into an impatient look when he saw Tracy.

“You’re finally back, Honey!” Tracy welcomed him with a big smile, throwing her arms around him and hugging him tightly. “I missed you so much… I’ve been dialing your number, Honey, why didn’t you answer your phone?”

“What brought you here?” It appeared Lucas was struggling to hide his displeasure. Even a simple hug from another woman now greatly annoyed him.

“I am here to show you something.” Tracy acted oblivious by pulling him to the living room.

Spread on the couches were different sets of designer wears.

“I know they’re all beautiful. Which one d’you think will suit me the most? Is it the purple one? The red one or green?”

Lucas stared at each cloth, his brows furrowing. “What are they for?”

“Haha, have you forgotten?” Tracy leaned by the wall, posing a seductive posture. “They’re for the upcoming big business gala in Phoenix City. I know you have gotten your invitation already and you plan to go with me. You forgot to tell me about it, because you’re busy, right?”

Lucas never planned to go with Tracy. He wanted Heidi to go with him.

“I’m not coming,” he murmured.

He couldn’t come with Heidi anyway. It had been three days already and he couldn’t even connect with her on the phone.

“Come on, Honey.” Tracy held his arm, acting spoiled. “Why don’t you want to go? You should go, at least, because of me. Remember you attended the last gala with me.”

Lucas remained stoic, her words didn’t move him.

Tracy put on a disappointed look and sobbed. “Lucas, why do I feel like you don’t want to be near me anymore? Did I do anything wrong? If I did, please tell me so I can apologize.”

“Stop crying.” Lucas pulled away, wiping her tears, his heart aching at her pitiful state. “Tracy, there’s something we should discuss. It is about our relationship.”

Tracy parted her lips, staring into his eyes, her heart thumping hard.

“W-What did you want to discuss, Honey? I’m listening.”

Her expression was already pale even before Lucas could speak his next words.

Tracy already had a feeling about what he was going to say, and she couldn’t bear to hear it, so she fell and fainted.

“Tracy!” Lucas panicked immediately.

He scooped her into his arms and rushed her to the hospital.

Standing in front of the emergency room, his mind was filled with confusion, then a Doctor hurried in his direction.

“Eh? Mr. Harrison, who did you bring?”

Seeing the personal physician of the Carlsons Household, Lucas sighed in relief. “It is Tracy. She’s inside.”

And the Doctor walked inside the emergency room, chasing all the nurses out. Some minutes later, he came out and reported to Lucas,

“The Young Miss’s body has been very weak recently. Any discomfort will affect her mental health. I am afraid she won’t wake up anytime soon, Mr. Harrison. How about you go home first?”

Lucas nodded. “Please look after her.”

The Doctor waited until Lucas walked inside the elevator. Then he turned around and entered the emergency room.

“Has he left?” Tracy was awake and she asked anxiously.

The doctor said, “Yes,” making her sigh in relief.

“You are lucky that I came in time. Otherwise, the nurses would have exposed your pretense, Young Miss.”

“I know,” Tracy sighed. “I owe you a lot. Thank you, Dr. Ryan.”

When the Doctor left, Tracy lay on the bed, her eyes filled with worry.

Lucas Harrison was about to end their relationship. No. She couldn’t allow that to happen. She must come up with a plan to keep Lucas Harrison by her side.
